Born on January 24, 1983, Frank James Michael Grande Marchione is an American actor, singer, producer, dancer, TV host, and YouTuber.Ariana Grande Brother? He portrayed Franz in the Broadway versions of Mamma Mia! (2007–2010) and Rock of Ages (2014–2015). He has also taken part in off-Broadway roles in regional theater companies and gone on tour.

He started a YouTube channel in 2012 and has amassed a Twitter and Instagram following. He participated in the American reality television series Big Brother 16 in 2014 and Big Brother Reindeer Games in 2023.
In the 2015 season of America’s Best Dancing Crew, Grande served as a judge. He co-hosted Style Code Live, a weeknight live fashion and shopping show on Amazon, from 2016 to 2017.

and alarm systems, welcomed Frankie Grande into the world. He was born in New York City. Raised in Englewood, New Jersey, he and his mother relocated to Boca Raton, Florida,
when he was ten years old. He earned his degree in 2005 from Muhlenberg College in Pennsylvania, where he double majored in dance, theater, and biology.
Though he thought about going to medical school, he ultimately chose to study theater for a year.
In addition to playing the main role in George M!, Mike Costa in A Chorus Line, and Lewis in Pippin, he started his professional performance career in 2007
as Boots the Monkey in the national tour of Dora the Explorer Live! (Dora’s Pirate Adventure).
Later in 2007, he became an ensemble member
and Eddie’s understudy in the Broadway production of Mamma Mia!, a role he played for three years.
Broadway and off Broadway, Grande has produced productions. In 2011, he staged a one-woman cabaret show with Brooke Shields.
In New York City, Grande has appeared in cabaret shows at venues like 54 Below and the Birdland Jazz Club.
At the “Mr. Broadway 2007” charity fundraiser, Grande was crowned “Mr. Broadway”.
She played Bobby in the summer theater version of Crazy for You in 2013. She also made an appearance at the Laurie Beechman Theatre in New York, where she presented her own show, Livin’ la Vida Grande.
From 2014 to 2016 Grande performed as Consuela in the Off-Broadway production of the musical Pageant in February 2014. That June, she had a performance at DigiFest NYC.
Grande made an appearance in the American reality television series Big Brother 16 in the middle of 2014. Her 12-week stint on the program was dubbed “controversial…
filled with some powerful, outrageous, and extremely impactful moments” by MTV. Grande placed fifth among the 16 competitors.
In November 2014, Grande made a two-month comeback
to Broadway as Franz in the musical Rock of Ages.
She sang “Hit Me with Your Best Shot” during her appearance on Good Day New York.
She co-hosted the American Music Awards red carpet pre-show in the same month. TV Guide referred to Grande as one of “our favorite YouTube stars” in 2014.
She was included in an ABC Nightline piece from 2014 regarding performers that use social media to increase their visibility.
“Fiercely ambitious” is how Michael Musto described Grande in a 2014 New York Times article. She was described as “unabashedly enthusiastic about life” by another reporter.

Grande returned to 54 Below in January 2015 to present her one-man cabaret show.
She posed for Malan Breton during New York Fashion Week in February and had an appearance in a music video for Lance Bass.

He released the song “Queen” in May 2017 along with a music video that discussed how glam rock legends from the 1970s inspired him.In June, he released YouCam Make-up, an app collaboration that is related to the song.
For the week of July 15, 2017, “Queen” was placed number 35 on the Billboard Twitter Top Tracks chart.
In Grande participated on the CBS TV game show Candy Crush in July. He starred in the Vimeo online series Indoor Boys the following month, for which he received a nomination for a 2018 Indie Series Award for Best Actor
In September 2017, he made a guest appearance as Frankini in a two-part episode of Nickelodeon’s sitcom Henry Danger, Season 3, “Live & Dangerous”.
A fictionalized version of Grande made an appearance in the Haters Back Off season 2 finale on Netflix in October 2017.He made an appearance on Fuse TV’s Trivial Takedown in December.
He performed and hosted the red carpet at the Make-Up Artists and Hairstylists Guild Awards in Los Angeles the following month.

Before the nonprofit company merged with buildOn, Grande co-founded the non-profit arts organization “Broadway in South Africa” in 2007
and spent seven years traveling to the country to instruct underprivileged youngsters in performance arts.
In 2014, buildOn awarded Grande its Global Impact Award in recognition of his work building a school in a remote hamlet
in Malawi, a country in southeast Africa, which he had assisted with in 2013.Grande is an opponent of smoking.
Grande gave buildOn the money he received from the “Team America” twist on Big Brother 16 in order to construct another school in Africa.
He went back to Malawi in January 2015 to assist with the start of the school’s construction, which was given his grandfather’s name.
Grande eventually generated more money than his target of $70,000 for buildOn, the organization that finances the school.
Grande took part in the annual Broadway Bares show, which benefits Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, and the 2steps2minutes public service announcement on fire prevention in 2016.
Grande was the featured performer at the yearly “Broadway Sings for Pride” benefit concert held at The Cutting Room in New York in June 2018.
Additionally, he actively participates in AIDS/LifeCycle, a yearly fundraising event for HIV/AIDS. In 2018, he raised more than $38,000. In June 2019, Grande took part in the tournament as well.

After dating Hale Leon since 2019, Grande wed him on May 4, 2022.He became an Italian citizen in 2023.
